LINUX ANALOG FRONT END DRIVER FOR SOFTWARE MODEM

CHALLENGE
To evaluate and demo a Software Modem library with the TDK73M1903C chip on a Samsung S3C2410 board.

SOLUTION
A Linux Kernel driver was implemented that integrated the Software Modem library. Timing constraints were met to satisfy the modem library and the AFE chipset. 

PROTOCOL FILTERING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

CHALLENGE
To design and implement a software filtering product for inspecting Layer 7 IP traffic like HTTP, P2P, IM etc.  The product will be integrated with a proprietary Policy Server and will be deployed on a high-traffic service provider network.

SOLUTION
A Linux Kernel based software solution was implemented for the filtering product. The Kernel solution provided the efficiency required to handle high data traffic. Linux Netfilter extensible architecture was used to provide functionality for this product.

EMBEDDED LINUX DEVICE SERVER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

SOLARIS HOST CONTROLLER FIRMWARE DEVELOPMENT

To migrate a VME based host controller board running Nucleus OS to a PCI based host controller running Solaris x86.

A Solaris STREAMs device driver was implemented to incorporate existing functionality.
